Instructions
Step 1
Place oranges into small blender, with peels on. Blend until chunky. Pour into sauce pan with water and Grand Marnier.
Step 2
Add all remaining ingredients to pan. Stir to combine. Bring to quick boil, then lower heat to simmer until berries break. Let simmer to desired thickness, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Let cool before serving.
OPTIONAL
Step 3
• I’ve used Spiced Rum instead of Grand Marnier in the past. Adds a deeper flavor.
• I’ve replaced oranges with Grapefruit and Persimmons in the past as well. Be cautious with the Grapefruit rind, as too much adds a bitter aftertaste.
