1 poundground turkey

1red apple
shredded

1egg

2 tablespoonsalmond flour

½ teaspoonsage

½ teaspoononion powder

½ teaspoongarlic powder

salt

pepper
Yogurt dip
Broccoli dish
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Shred apple and mix with turkey, egg, seasonings and almond flour. Make onto meatballs
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes, flip and then bake for another five. May need more time for bigger meatballs. Finish when it’s 165-170 degrees F.
Step 4
Make the yogurt by mixing lemon juice, salt, pepper and yogurt.
Step 5
Make broccoli by steaming with water. Then place in pan with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
