Ingredients

1 ½ cupmutton
minced

3onion
chopped

1 ½ cuppeas
boiled

3 Tbspoil

1 tspcumin seeds

2bay leaves

1 tspblack peppercorns

5green cardamoms

2 Tbspginger garlic paste

2green chillies
chopped
3tomatoes purées
medium

2 Tbspcoriander powder

1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder

¼ tspcumin powder

½ tspgaram masala powder

10mint leaves

salt
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Heat wok with oil and add Bay leaves, cumin seeds, Bay leaves, cardamom, peppercorn and onion. Fry onion till brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes.
Add green chillies and puréed tomatoes and sauté for 4-5 mins.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder,chilli powder and salt and cook 3-4 mins till oil separates.
Mix mutton with 2 cups water and add it to the wok and cook till dry.
Add peas, mint leaves and Garam masala, mix well and cook for a minute.
