Instructions

Step 1
-Start by smoking your paprika, black pepper and chilli flakes on a hot pan. Smoke only until brown(Max5-Min)

Remove the pan smoked spices and leave some for flavouring the oil. In the same hot pan add oil and heat up to a hight temp

Add first your bell pepper and saute for 2 minutes. Followed by sliced onions and saute some more. Add garlic, 1 tablespoon of butter, salt, half of the pan smoked spices and saute some more

Add your carrots and saute only for 3 minutes as to not overcook the ingredients. Add your chutney, parsley and the rest of smoked spices. Add a little bit of hot water if you feel like your ingredients are about to stick into the pan

Meanwhile, put your noodles in your 2 cups of water to start the cooking process. When the noodles are halfway cook remove them immediately but save some of the noodles hot water.
