Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Mash bananas, set aside
Step 3
Cream butter and sugar together Mix mashed bananas, butter & sugar mixture together Add in dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) and fold in gently until incorporated Add vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to taste
Step 4
Grease loaf pan, fill halfway with mixture. Before placing the loaf in the oven top with chopped chocolate bar pieces
Step 5
Bake for 45 mins or until a knife comes out cleanly after the loaf is poked. Let cool for 10 mins on wire racks
