Instructions

Step 1
Blend first four ingredients together. Add powdered milk and wheat germ. Certain oatmeal and chips. Mix well. Press tightly into 9 x 13" pan. Bake 250° for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Cut and wrapped in plastic or tinfoil.
