Step 1
1. Preheat grill to medium high

2. Brush both sides of bread with two tablespoons oil

3. Toss Peaches in a large bowl with a remaining one tablespoon oil and 1/8 teaspoon salt

4. Grill the Peaches until lightly marked and softened, one to two minutes per side. Return to the bowl

5. Grill the bread until lightly charred, one to two minutes per side

6. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until crisp, about 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon transfer the bacon into a small bowl

7. Add arugula and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt to the pan. Cook, string occasionally, until just beginning to well, about one minute

8. Gently stir the greens, lemon zest and lemon juice into the peaches

9. Top each crostini with some of the Peach mixture, a little bacon and flaky salt
