Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion, celery, and carrots and add them to pot off heat with sausage and margarine

Step 2
Cook over medium heat until meat is almost fully cooked.
Step 3
While sauteeing meat and veg chop kale, parsley, and cube potatoes

Mix flour and bouillon into meat and veg over low heat to create a roux

Add milk and cheeses and stir until everything is melted

Add Potatoes, Kale, Parsley, and Water, stir until fully combined

Let cook on medium heat until it comes to boil, then cut heat to medium low and stir every 5-10 minutes until potatoes are soft.
