Instructions

Step 1
Sift flour into a bowl.

Add soda water and cream to flour mix to form a dough.

Knead on a floured bench.
Step 4
Roll out with rolling pin and cut scones with scone cutter.

Place on floured trays, bake in oven at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
