Instructions

Step 1
Heat butter and sugar over low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, beat eggs and passionfruit.
Step 3
Add passionfruit mixture to butter mixture and heat again.
Step 4
Stir mixture until thick. Remove from heat and cool completely in pot until cooled. Place into jars for keeping in fridge.
