Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl combine warm the milk, yogurt, hot coffee and cocoa powder, and mix to combine.
Step 2
Add the melted butter, sugar, and egg, and mix to combine.
Step 3
Add the dry flour, salt and baking soda and mix just until combined. Do not overmix at this stage.
Step 4
Transfer the batter to a lightly greased and floured 7 or 8 inch (18 - 20 cm) baking dish, lined with parchment paper and bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 180 °C or 350 °F for 12 - 15 minutes.
Step 5
After 12 minutes check the brownies with a toothpick. Look for wet crumbs, but no runny batter.
