Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a loaf pan with butter. In a large bowl combine mashed bananas, maple syrup, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Step 2
Add the flour, salt, baking soda and stir to combine. Don't overmix! Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 3
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips or cinnamon sugar. Bake for 55-65 minutes.
