Tuna Rice balls with Sausages

Instructions

Step 1
prepare a small plate with Salt on it, as well as a small bowl with water to dip hands in after making a rice ball
Step 2
Make your rice the day before and re-refrigerate so the rice is cool and easy to mold
Step 3
Cut up the sausages into bite size pieces and fry
Step 4
Mix the tuna, Mayonnaise, Sesame seeds, Tsuyu, salt and pepper together
Step 5
Take a scoop or rice, and dap your fingers on the salt plate
Step 6
Make a small indent in the rice and place the tuna in the middle of the rice ball. Close the rice ball, so the Tuna is in the middle and begin to wrap
Step 7
Wrap the Seaweed on the bottom of the rice ball and put a bit of Tuna as a topping on top of the rice ball
Step 8
Place the food as shown in the header picture
