Tomato soup

Tomato soup Boil 4 tomatoes until the skin starts to wrinkle. Transfer into an ice bath and peel off the skin. Mash the tomatoes. 1 onion finely chopped Butter 1 tbsp green chilli 4 peppercorns 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon pepper A dash of freshly ground black pepper 2 grated potatoes Braise onions until soft. Add green chilli and spices and braise for a minute. Add grated potatoes and braise until soft. Add mashed tomatoes and allow to cook on low for 15-20 minutes on low heat. Allow to cool then blend with some water until smooth. Add: 1 packet of cream of tomato soup 1/2 packet of minestrone soup (mixed with water as instructed on the back of the packet) Bring everything to a boil. Water can be added to adjust the consistency. Add more salt to taste. Add two 2 tbsp Nestlé Cream. Lastly fry 1 chopped green chillin and a few sliced almonds in butter and add to the soup. Top with fried Chinese noodles and serve with bread of your choice.
