1cinnamon stick

4cardamom pods

3cloves

2bay leaves

1onion

1 tspall spice

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1onion

3carrots
chopped

5potatoes
medium, cubes

2 stalkscelery
cubes

1 tspgarlic
chopped

1 tspginger
chopped

1can cream style corn

⅔ cuprice

salt

pepper
to taste

1chicken cube

½ tspturmeric powder

1 tsppaprika

½ cupspinach
chopped

¼ cupparsley
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add the chicken to the cold water in the pot and cook on high heat until it boil
Step 2
2. Remove the foam and reduce the heat to medium
Step 3
3. Add the spices and cook the chicken covered on medium heat for 40 minutes
Step 4
4. In a different pot, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 5
5. Add the onion, potatoes, carrots, and celery
Step 6
6. Cook on medium heat until soft

7. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for a minutes

8. Strain the chicken broth and add it to the pot on top of the veggies

9. Debone the chicken and add it in the pot

10. Wash the rice and add it in

13. Cover the pot and cook everything for 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender
