Instructions

Step 1
1. In a medium pan, add wombok, spring onion, mushroom, chilli, ginger and garlic and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the vegetables start to soften.

2. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper and sesame seeds and stir through.
Step 3
3. Add mince to the pan and break up with a wooden spoon. Stir through and cook mince through before taking off the heat.
Step 4
4. Submerge one rice paper roll in warm/hot water for 10 seconds or until it softens. Immediately lay flat and spoon some of your filling onto the bottom of the rice paper. Fold the bottom up and pull gently back against the filling. Fold both sides in and roll upwards, making sure there are no air bubbles.
Step 5
5. Heat 1 tbsp of neutral oil in a frying pan on medium heat and cook your rolls for 1-2 minutes each side.
