Instructions
Step 1
1. Hey coconut oil in a skillet over high heat. Add carrots, Charlotte, turmeric, garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds
Step 2
2. Add water and reduce heat. Cover and cook for 7 minutes
Step 3
3. Place in a blender with yogurt, vinegar, orange juice, salt, cumin and red pepper. Process until smooth
