Cook the rice

Preheat oveb to gas 7 or 220°C

Cook the chicken to pack instructions
Step 4
Hear oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and spring onions and cook for 5min until golden. Transfer to a bowl and set aside

Toss the carrot ribbons, vibegae and lime juice together and set aside.
Step 6
Add the rice to tge frying pan and move to one side. Fry tge ginger and garlic for 1min then toss with the rice.
Step 7
Pour in the soy sauce and return the broccoli and spring onions.
Step 8
Heat the curry sauce to pack instructions and serve poured over the chicken.
