Instructions
Marinate chicken
Step 1
Dice chicken into small squares.
Step 2
Mix 1 clove garlic, 5 Tbs sunflower oil, 1 tsp cumin, salt and pepper
Step 3
Mix diced chicken in with the spices, put in a plastic bag and keep overnight
Next day
Step 4
Chop onions and throw them into the frying pan. Fry until translucent
Step 5
Add garlic paste and chipped capsicum to the onion and mix until light brown
Step 6
Add some cumin, black pepper and salt to the mix and stir before throwing in the marinated chicken
Step 7
Let the stuff cook until the chicken is done, stirring occasionally
Step 8
Add 4 cups of chickpeas and incorporate it into the sauce
Step 9
Add 2 cups water and cover with a lid for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
