Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish.
Step 2
Mix together all ingredients except cheddar. Mix in 3/4 cup cheddar, and extra crackers if needed to avoid runniness. Pour into prepared baking dish, then top with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, or until bubbly around edges and browned on top.
