Bacon & Veggie Quiche

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Using a 9" inch glass pie plate, place the softened pie crust inside and crimp the edges.
Step 2
Cook bacon until crispy
Step 3
Cook mushrooms and spinach until soft and cooked through
Step 4
Add the bacon, cheeses, mushrooms, spinach and green onions to the bottom of the pie crust.
Step 5
In a medium bowl mix the milk, eggs, salt and pepper, then pour over the bacon and cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife, inserted in the center, comes out clean. Let set for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
Step 7
(Optional) Sprinkle a bit more cheese for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
