Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan cook onion and chicken. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper and 2 tsp curry powder. Cook until chicken is done and onions are soft.
Step 2
In a blender, put ginger, garlic, mango, tomato paste, curry powder and milk.
Step 3
Combine chicken and blended mix.
Step 4
Flavor to taste and serve over rice.
Step 5
Add more salt/pepper/curry powder to taste. I like to add a little chili powder and basil
