Chicken and mushroom sandwich, you can use sandwich rolls, tortillas or serve it on a bed of lettuce top it with the tomatoes for a healthier option.

4 tablespoonsolive oil
3chicken breasts
cut into thin bite size strips
2 teaspoonsranch seasoning
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspoonchili powder
1 teaspoonseasoned salt
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonchili flakes
½ teaspoonblack pepper
1 teaspoonoregano
8 ozmushrooms
1onion
medium size
1bell pepper
any color will do
Provolone cheese
or your favorite
sandwich rolls
lettuce
tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin bite size strips
Step 2
2. Put a pan on high heat add olive oil and wait for the oil to get hot
Step 3
3. Add in the chicken then all the spices give it a good mix and cook the chicken for about 7 minutes
Step 4
4. Then add in the sliced mushrooms, the onions and bell peppers
Step 5
5. Mix and cook everything together for another 5 minutes
Step 6
6. Next add the cheese on top cove it with the lid and wait for the cheese to melt once the cheese has melted turn off the heat it’s done
Step 7
7. Start making your sandwiches I added lettuce and tomatoes to my sandwiches you can add what ever veggies you want. You can also use a tortilla to make a wrap or serve it over a bed of lettuce and top it with tomatoes for a healthier option.
