Step 1
Mince all vegatables
Step 2
In a large Dutch oven cook the bacon until it is crispy in batches. Set aside.
Step 3
Add corn and cook for 10 mins stirring occasionally
Step 4
Add remaining vegatables and saute for 7 minutes
Step 5
Stir in flour and cook for two minutes, then add Cayenne
Step 6
Add broth and simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on
Step 7
Add heavy cream and serve.
