Pulled BBQ Jackfruit Burger w Coleslaw & Sweet Potato Wedges
5 steps
Prep:5minCook:30min
Dive into this signature American dish but in half the time and double the nutrition, by switching pork for jackfruit!
The texture of jackfruit is incredibly similar to pulled pork, so there’s no more missing out on the recipes that you love.
I personally love roasting red onion with the jackfruit, because is caramelises and adds a wonderful sweet taste to the BBQ sauce.
Pair this with the classic sides, homemade slaw and sweet potato, so the recipe’s familiar yet comforting as ever!
