Ingredients
5 servings
1spaghetti squash
large, use 3 1/2 cups cooked squash
½ cupshallots
or onion, chopped
4garlic cloves
minced
1.25 lbground beef
lean, grass-fed
2 tspitalian seasoning
¼ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
or less
10 slices-free turkey pepperoni
nitrite
2eggs
2 cupsno sugar added marinara
such as
½ cupshredded part-skim mozzarella
basil
Fresh chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the meat with the condiments, add the eggs whipped slightly to the sauce and squash. Then stir in the cooked meat, put turkey pepperoni on top and baked for 40 minutes or so at 350 or until bubbling. Added cheese to top and baked another 15-20 minutes.
