Instructions
Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients together: flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest. Set aside.
Step 2

Now mix all the liquid ingredients together: eggs, milk, and cooled melted butter.
Step 3

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, and mix.
Step 4

Pour batter into cupcake tins.
Step 5

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Step 6

You can add strawberry puree or jam to the inside of the cupcakes for even more deliciousness!
Step 7

To finish, I used simple, unsweetened whipped cream with some strawberries on top.
