These blueberries muffins are light and fluffy and make 6 jumbo or 12 regular size muffins. Can use gluten free or regular flour.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Step 2
In small saucepan or microwave heat up blueberries till resemble a sauce and the drain.
Step 3
In large bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, butter, and milk.
Step 4
Add in sugar and beat well.
Step 5
Add in flour and baking powder and mix
Step 6
Fold in blueberries
Step 7
Scoop into muffin tins lined with cupcake liners and sprinkle wit h sugar.
Step 8
Bake 20 minutes and cool 10 minutes
