Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 375 F. Prepare muffin tins pan by placing paper liners into the cavities.
Step 2
Remove the stem from each strawberry and fill the cavity with cream cheese.
Step 3
Measure and bring to room temperature kefir and eggs. Measure oil. Measure, mix, and sift flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine sugar and all liquid ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Step 5
Add liquid ingredients into a bowl with dry ingredients. Combine all with a spatula making 12 folds.
Step 6
Portion the batter into the paper liners filling them 1/2, place a strawberry deep into the batter, cover with more batter, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake for 30 minutes (regular-size muffins) or 15 minutes (mini-muffins).
