Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, applesauce, egg and maple syrup until well incorporated.
Step 2
In the same bowl, add in the flours, baking powder and salt and stir until just incorporated.
Step 3
Gently fold in the blueberries and the lemon zest.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Let cool and serve.
