Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 350
Step 2
In a large pot on medium high heat add in your butter and let melt. It will begin to foam first and then turn brown. At that point turn off the heat and add in your semi sweet chocolate and let it sit for 30 seconds. Mix the chocolate with a spatula until the chocolate is fully melted and then transfer the chocolate to a bowl.
Step 3
Next in a stand mixer add in your heavy whipping cream and whisk until you see soft peaks. Once you see peaks add in your chocolate mixture, brown and white sugar, vanilla, and cold eggs and whisk until everything is fully combined.
Step 4
Then sift in your cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gently fold in your dry ingredients with your spatula.
Step 5
Add your brownie batter to a 7x7 pan and bake on 350 for 25 to 30 minute depending on your oven.
Step 6
Let your brownies cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and then cut and enjoy ☺️
