Instructions
Step 1
In an 8 inch square baking dish, place the steak and sprinkle the Maggi Jugo over the meat, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Step 2
In a grill pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over high heat. Add the skirt steak and cook for 5-10 minutes, until nice and brown. Turn the strips over, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes more, to desired done-ness. Remove from heat and cover with aluminum foil for 5 minutes.

Step 3
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of the oil over high heat. Saute the banana peppers and onion for 2-3 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Season lightly with salt. Stir in the garlic and cooked skirt steak and saute for 1-2 minutes more. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle the asadero cheese over.
