Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
Grease 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown sausage.
Step 4
Remove sausage to separate bowl. Drain sausage grease if necessary.
Step 5
In same skillet, add preferred cooking oil until hot. Lightly brown hash browns in batches.
Step 6
Add to bottom of dish in batches.
Step 7
Top hash browns with cooked sausage.
Step 8
Top with shredded cheese.
Step 9
In separate bowl, whisk eggs, powders and milk. Add salt & pepper to taste if necessary.
Step 10
Pour over dish.
Step 11
Bake for 35-40 minutes, uncovered.
