Creamy Smoked Sausage and Spinach Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and begin cooking your pasta according to the package
Step 2
Turn your stove to medium high heat. To your skillet, add your oil and begin heating
Step 3
While your oil heats up, dice your sausage and onion and add it to the skillet. Begin browing your sausage and cooking your onions until translucent
Step 4
While your sausage and onions cook, wash and chop your spinach and mushrooms.
Step 5
Once your sausage has some color to it, after about 5 minutes of cooking, add your prepped veggies
Step 6
Season with listed seasonings to taste
Step 7
Once your spinach is cooked down, add your diced tomatoes and cream cheese
Step 8
Stir until the cheese is melted into a sauce
Step 9
Once your pasta is done cooking, drain and add it to your smoked sausage sauce
Step 10
Stir until well combined and enjoy!
