Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside
Step 2
Set a large pot on the stove at medium heat and add olive oil, onion, garlic, and tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes on and off
Step 3
Add canned tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper and let simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
Step 4
Stir in pasta and let simmer for 2 minutes
Step 5
Serve and sprinkle basil leaves and mozzarella on top
