Instructions

Step 1
Add potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, ham, salt, pepper, and chicken broth to large pot. Simmer until potatoes are soft and can smash with fork.
Step 2
Smash 1/3 potatos in pot
Step 3
Add flour, heavy cream, frozen noodles, and sour cream and cook 15 minutes or until noodles and done.
