Ingredients
4 servings
1chicken breast
cooked, diced, you can use rotisserie chicken, or even canned
2 cupsbroccoli florets
well drained
1 cupred grapes
halved
½ cupcelery
diced
½ cupred onion
diced
⅓ cuppecans
or walnuts, chopped
Dressing: Mix together
Instructions
Step 1
If you have orange zest in your seasoning cupboard, sprinkle some in the dressing. It adds flavour.
Step 2
Substitute dried cranberries or chopped apple for the grapes, or even add both to make it go farther. Add dressing to the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keeps for three days in the refrigerator.
