For the salmon
Step 1
Over medium heat add 1 Tbsp of your favorite oil. Allow it to get hot before placing your salmon skin side down. Sear for 3 min each side
Step 2
Removed the salmon. Lower hear to medium low , before adding in the onion and ginger. Sauté until fragrant then add the garlic & chili garlic sauce.

Step 3
Allow that to get fragrant before adding the butter & listed ingredients below. Then add the white wine & chicken stock/water.

Step 4
Add the salmon back in the pan. Spoon the sauce over the salmon then cover and allow to simmer until the salmon is fully cook through. ( depending how thick your bite pieces are will determine how long you should allow it to simmer in the sauce)
