Now for the topping add the marshmallow spread an peanut butter an 2tbsp milk to the blender an blend on high for 2 minutes

Add a cup milk to a small sauce pan an heat till it’s simmering then turn off the heat an add your chocolate chips an start mixing till the chocolate chips are completely melted “ if to thick an you want it slightly thinner add 1tbsp milk an mix an keep doing that till you reach desired thin you like “
