SCA COFFEE WATER

Step 1

Add 1 L of distilled water to each empty one liter bottle

Step 2

Add 10.1 G of Epsom salt and label that bottle Mg/hardness

Step 3

Add 1.4 grams baking soda and label that bottle ALK/buffer

Step 4

Pour out 250 ml of distilled water and then add 63 ml of the bottle labeled Mg/hardness and 185 ml of the bottle labeled Alk/buffer

Step 5

Shakewell and start making coffee

Step 6

The bottle labeled mg should be enough for roughly 15 gallons of water and the a Alk bottle should be enough for 5 gallons
