Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius
Step 2
Cut the boerewors into 2 cm pieces
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a ovenproof pan and add the boerewors and spinach
Step 4
Season the whisked eggs with Salt & Pepper and pour with the boerewors and spinach.
Step 5
Keep the pan on for another 5 minutes, then remove from the heat
Step 6
Cover with the grated parmesan before placing the pan in the oven
Step 7
Turn oven down to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for another 15 mins or until set
Step 8
Remove from oven and turn frittata onto serving platter. Cut into slices and serve with tomato Salsa
