Ingredients

2eggs
large

2 Tbspheavy cream

½ cupSpinach

2 TbspRed bell pepper

2 TbspOnion
chopped
0.06 cupFeta Cheese Garlic & Herb
Crumbled

2 slicesBacon
Instructions
Step 1
Cook bacon, cool, crumble and set aside. Mix together eggs and heavy cream.


Step 2
Cook onion and peppers in butter in frying pan. When done, add spinach until wilted.

Step 3
Spray 2 muffin cups with pan spray. Divide veggies into the two cups. Fill with egg/cream mixture. Add crumbled bacon and feta cheese.

Step 4
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 min or until eggs are set.
