Ingredients

2 cupswalnuts
finely chopped, california
¼ cupsalted butter
melted
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoongarlic salt
2 x 8 ouncescream cheese
packages, softened
2 cupscheddar cheese
freshly shredded
⅓ cupgreen onions
finely chopped
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
½ cupsliced black olives
chopped
½ cuppimento stuffed green olives
chopped
Instructions
Toasted Walnut Coating
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine ingredients for the coating (walnuts, melted butter, grated Parmesan and garlic salt) and spread evenly onto prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely.
Cheese Ball
Step 4
Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until well combined. Stir in olives.
Step 5
Cover and chill for at least one hour.
Assembly
Step 6
Remove from the refrigerator and form cheese mixture into a ball shape. Roll in coating; cover completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
Step 7
Serve chilled with crackers, toasted crostini or raw vegetables, if you prefer.
