¾ cuprolled oats
old - fashioned

1 cupall purpose flour

1 teaspoonbaking soda

1 tablespoonpumpkin pie spice

1 cupwalnuts
chopped, plus extra for topping
1 cupSprouts Pumpkin

¾ cuphoney

⅓ cupbutter
melted

2eggs

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

¼ cupunsalted butter
room temperature

4 ounceCream Cheese
room temperature

2 cupconfectioner sugar
sifted

1 teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease an 8 inch loaf pan.

2. In a food processor pulse the oats until course.
Step 3
3. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice and walnuts.

4. In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree,

honey, melted butter, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix

until smooth.

5. Pour pumpkin mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir the mixture until combined.

6. Place the mixture into bread pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Step 9
7. While the bread is baking make the icing. Beat the butter until it is completely smooth, then beat in the cream cheese until combined. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat. until smooth.
Step 10
8. Remove the bread from pan onto a wire rack and let cool. Once the bread has cooled ice and top with walnuts.
