Step 1
Cook glass noodles in boiling water for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, drain and place in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or oyster sauce), 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and a little pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Cut glass noodles once or twice. Fold the gim in half and cut it. Fold it in half again and cut it. Place a piece of gim down and add a bit of noodles. Apply a little water to the end of the gim and roll tightly to seal. Repeat the process.
Step 3
Soak rice paper in cold water and shake off excess. Place rolled gim and noodles on the rice paper. Roll from the bottom, fold in sides, and continue rolling tightly.
Step 4
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a preheated pan. Place rolls with space between them. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Flip after 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes, enjoy your crispy, tasty rice paper gimmari!
