Instructions
Step 1
Place ingredients in order into the bread machine placing the butter on top in the corners and making a little "well" in the center of the dry ingredients for the yeast.
Step 2
Set the bread machine for the dough cycle.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400°F - convection 375°F.
Step 4
When the dough cycle is complete place dough on floured surface and punch down. Lightly sprinkle dough with flour over the top.
Step 5
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces, place on baking sheet, and gently shape into 6 submarine shaped loaves.
Step 6
Cover and let loaves rise 30 minutes.
Step 7
Bake about 25-30 minutes. Wait at least 15 minutes to slice for sandwiches.
