Fudgy Dark Choco Cheesecake Brownies

I replaced sugar with a sweetener (Equal Gold). Eggs, butter and cream cheese should be at room temperature.

1 ΒΎ cupschocolate chips
ΒΎ cupCocoa Powder
2eggs
1egg yolk
1 Β½ cupsplain flour
2 tspvanilla essence
1 tspsalt
For the cheesecake:
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Step 2
Mix the dark chocolate chip with the melted butter. Then, put in the microwave for 25 seconds. Stir the mixture then put back in the oven for another 25 seconds.
Step 3
You'll notice the dark choco chips aren't completely melted. Pour the cocoa powder, eggs and vanilla essence. Then, mix together.
Step 4
Add the flour then mix again.
Step 5
Layer your pan with a baking paper. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan. Set aside.
Step 6
For the cream cheese mixture, whisk in a medium speed.
Step 7
Add the eggs one by one followed by the vanilla essence.
Step 8
Put in the sweetener. Continue whisking but in a low speed this time until consistency is smooth.
Step 9
Pour the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter. Even the surface using a spatula.
Step 10
Cook in the oven for 35 minutes at 177 degrees Celcius. Let it stay in the turned off oven for another 30 minutes to avoid cracks.
Step 11
Put the cheesecake brownie in the freezer for about 15 minutes to allow it to set to easily remove the baking paper. Best served after chilled for at least 3 hours.
