Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat grill to 400 F.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix to combine ground chicken, Dan-O’s, egg, and parmesan.
Step 3
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Press chicken mixture out onto the parchment paper to form a pizza crust shape that is about 1/4 1/2 inch thick. The thinner the better.
Step 4
Grill 20-30 minutes or until firm and golden around the edges. Let rest 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add sauce and toppings and return to grill for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
