NOTE:
When these come out of the oven they will be extremely floppy and soft but they will harden. Please don’t handle the biscuits till they are chilled or they will break 💗

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 170C / 340F
Step 2
Add monk fruit into a bowl along with a cracked egg and stir well.
Step 3
Add peanut butter into your mixture and mix till thickened. This should create a thick (sort of grainy) dough.
Step 4
Get a baking tray and line with baking paper
Step 5
Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork to create a stripy print on top. will expand in the oven, not flatten
Step 6
Once you have your thick raw cookies, put them into the oven for 9-13 minutes.
Step 7
Once finished baking take out of oven and let harden for at least 50 minutes or 30 minutes in the fridge.
