12/23: Made a full batch. You will run out of Kisses….so just be done :-) Or buy more!
12/2022: Made 1/2 batch with Kisses. Used larger end of black handled fruit scooper. Keeping them small allows for a perfect “bite”. Took some to St. Thomas

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 375* Combine first 4 “one cup” ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well-blended. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until just blended. Dough will be stiff.
Step 3
Form dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Press star in center of each cookie. Return to oven to bake for 3 more minutes. Cool 2 minutes then remove to cooling rack.
Step 4
Makes 6-7 dozen
